Like we stated before an apple a day keep the doctor away. Although there are many steps to staying healthy an apple a day is a great start. Apples are very nutritional for you. It does have very nutriotnal factors but what it doesn't have also helps make it a healthy snack. It doesn't contain a lot of Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium, and contain small amounts of potassium. This makes apples help make a healthy heart and maytain a healthy blood pressure and weight. It is also a great natural souce of Dietary Fiber, antioxidants and Vitamin C. Be sure to eat apples with the skin as most of their vitamin C and other healthy vitamins are within the skin. The antiocidants in apples are believed to help improve heart health by protecting the cardiovascular system. Studies also suggest eating apples on a regular basis may help prevent certain diseases and improve your overall health.
